What your team gets
One tool from the first contact to the handover. Your planners spend their time on checking designs, not on typing in data and sizing from scratch.
| Feature | What it does | For you |
|---|---|---|
| Lead intake | Max takes in every lead by chat on your website or by phone, at any hour | No planner time until the design |
| First design | Three complete variants, base, recommended and self-sufficient, with a reason for every number | Ready when the intake ends |
| Similar projects | Each design shows the five most similar signed projects and what their planners chose | Arguments for the offer |
| Refine | Change one input, for example an electric car next year, and solar and battery follow | Delta and reasons at a glance |
| Design check | Your own design is compared with similar projects, outliers like an oversized battery are flagged | Consistent offers across the team |
| Homeowner view | Homeowners compare only the options you release, the house data stays as your planner set it | Fewer calls about the offer |
| Handover | The installer gets the approved design with the notes from intake and planning | Nothing typed twice |
Sized the way your planners decide
Sizes come from similar projects that customers signed. An hourly simulation checks them, and every component lands on a real product from your catalogue.

A first design you can defend
Example house: 4,500 kWh a year, gas heating with 18,000 kWh, electric car planned. Three variants, the same ladder planners build in their offers.
| Component | Base | Recommended | Self-sufficient |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solar | 8.1 kWp | 11.7 kWp | 14.4 kWp |
| Battery | 7 kWh | 10 kWh | 14 kWh |
| Heat pump | 7.5 kW | 7.5 kW | 7.5 kW |
| Wallbox | 11 kW | 11 kW | 11 kW |
| Self-sufficiency | 55 % | 64 % | 71 % |
| Estimated price | €42,440 | €49,880 | €56,860 |
10 kWh battery. 11.7 kWp produce more than the house uses by day. With 10 kWh, self-sufficiency rises from 38 % to 64 %. 12 of 15 similar projects chose 10 kWh.
Example for illustration. Prices estimated from list prices including installation.
How each size is decided
Rules decide whether, similar projects decide how much, your catalogue decides which product. No battery or no heat pump can be exactly the right call.
| Component | When | Size | Lands on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solar | Always, unless existing solar already covers the demand | Median of 15 similar signed projects, capped by the roof | Whole modules of 450 Wp |
| Battery | By default, left out where similar projects usually skip it | 1 kWh per kWp | Nearest tier in your current catalogue |
| Heat pump | When gas or oil heating is replaced | heat demand ÷ 2,400 h | Next tier up, with buffer and hot water tank |
| Wallbox | With an electric car, now or planned | 11 kW | 22 kW where your customers usually take it |
