Each part only when it makes sense. No battery or no heat pump can be exactly the right call.

Do I need any documents?
No. A rough idea of your electricity use, your heating and what is already installed is enough. If your last electricity bill is at hand, even better.
Is this already an offer?
No. Max collects the facts, a planner prepares the design and sends you an offer. You decide whether to go ahead.
Who is Max?
Max is the AI assistant at planck. Max asks the questions and takes notes. A planner from your installer checks every design before you see it.
Can Max call me instead?
Yes. Choose a time and Max calls you. The call takes about five minutes and covers the same questions as the chat.
